While using an acoustic guitar with a pick-up and routing the sound through an effects pedal to an amplifier is a great setup, I've found that, in the end, I mainly use the effects pedal for reverb. If you're looking for a rich and vibrant reverb, you might opt for an amp. However, if you don't need that extra volume, the ACOSPACER is hands down the simplest to use, and it produces a more authentic and natural sound. It really inspires you to grab your guitar and start playing.
Interestingly, it seems to impart a unique character to your sound depending on the acoustic guitar you attach it to. Instead of merely adding sound, it appears to enhance the inherent qualities of the original sound.
